A gathering of men determined to recover it all

Men of Action

They Dropped Me, But I Survived Pt. 2: Sat. Nov. 6, 2010

ap.anthonyThree times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses at the Feast of the Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks and the Feast of the Tabernacles and they shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed (Deut. 16:16)

“This was the verse the Lord gave me in 2005 to remind us that God alone can deliver us, that we, as men, need each other, and there’s strength in unity.”
- Apostle Anthony Nelson

MEN OF HONOR: WHEN GOD POINTS OUT HIS MAN
Jun. 6, 2009 Summary

Jehovah, I have loved the dwelling place of Your house, and the place where Your honor dwells. (Psalms 26:8)

From the Book of Job, we see that:

1. Job learned from past experience.
2. Job remained close to his children.
3. Job was a respected community leader.
4. Job carried a father’s heart towards those around him.
5. Job lived a life of personal integrity and righteousness.
6. Job was a well of wisdom for all to drink from.
7. Job pursued God with all his heart.

His pursuit of God moulded him into the kind of man he was. That is why God approved Job as a model for true manhood. It’s also why God referred to Job as a “a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil.” Job was a real hero and a model for all men to follow and imitate.

The world is not looking for more religious, church men, but those who represent the heart of God to all those around them. I know you have that desire to be what Job was to his generation.

May the Lord of hosts grant your desire and may we all walk as men of honor in our generation.

MEN OF ACTION: BRIDGING THE GAP
Jan. 31, 2009 Summary

1. Between our chaos and order is the Word of God.
2. We are called to function as God functions.
3. When men are silent, the earth feels the impact and our families are in danger.
4. The Spirit of God through us, is the life-giving force of change.
5. We must speak to our situations.

Remember, nothing that you do will be done efficiently the first time, but by constant practise we can become proficient. (Heb 5:14)

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” Hebrews 5:14 (KJV)

Blessing on you and I speak life over you,
